Lee High School's Fall 2007 Workshop

This fall, VBB continues its work at Lee High School:

1. Teacher Writing and Trauma Training Workshops
This workshop is a continuation of a 2006-07 year-long professional development workshop at Lee High School through which ten teachers were trained. The overall teacher response has been very powerful.

Instructors are Licensed Professional Counselor Victoria Jones and Educators/ Writers Marcela Descalzi and Patty Henry.

Sessions meet on Thursday afternoons from 4-6 pm

2. Performance Workshop – Showcase of Poetry, Theater, Video and Music
This new after-school workshop at Lee will offer students instruction in four different artistic disciplines: improvisational music, theater, spoken word/ writing and theater. Over the course of the 20 sessions, students will learn how to weave the disciplines together in a final performance (venue TBA).

Sessions are held on Mondays and Wednesdays 4-6pm . For more information, please contact the VBB office.
