Directions to Voices Breaking Boundaries/ Houston Arts Alliance.

Voices Breaking Boundaries has an office space at the Houston Arts Alliance (HAA, formerly known as Cultural Arts Council of Houston/Harris County as part of HAA’s Incubator Grant. Metered parking is available on Rosine Street ($1/ hour) or in a parking lot on D’Amico Street ($2 unlimited) that’s reserved for HAA visitors.  

We are located west of downtown on the corner of Rosine and Allen Parkway (one block west of Waugh Drive). Our office is on the ground floor on the north side of the building, facing Allen Parkway.  

From East Houston: Take I-10 to US-45 South. Exit Allen Parkway off Pierce Elevated. Drive west on Allen Parkway and take the Waugh Drive exit. Turn left on Waugh Drive, right on D’Amico Street and right again on Rosine. 

From West Houston: Take US-59 North toward town.  Go north on 610 (the West Loop). Exit Memorial Drive and turn right on Memorial (toward town). Exit Waugh Drive South. Turn right on D’Amico St and right again on Rosine.  

From North or South Houston: Take I-45 heading toward downtown. Exit Allen Parkway off Pierce Elevated. Drive west on Allen Parkway and take the Waugh Drive exit. Turn left on Waugh Drive, right on D’Amico Street and right again on Rosine.
